To use your PAC and bring your number over to your new Three account, you can follow the steps on our switching support pages. You can also find these options in the menu of the Three app - just tap 'More at Three' and then 'Switch to Three'.
45 days after your purchase, you should receive an email with further instructions on claiming your pre-paid Mastercard. You'll find the full terms and conditions of the offer on our website.
