After the recent upgrade to the app it's useless. Trying to make a device plan payment getting constant server errors. It then told me my balance was over £8000 in credit. Just hanging or taking ages to load. Do they even bother to test it? The call centre is not great at least make the app usable please.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this issue with making a device finance payment via the app.

Have you managed to make your payment since posting on the page?
