Hello, I just need to understand what is going on in my account. I have been bared from making calls because I’m owning about £12. Which I don’t seem to understand how that came about. I’m on an unlimited plan which I’m charged monthly to the best of my knowledge.
How come are you requesting that I pay £12?

Welcome to Three Community.
I'd recommend using My3 to access the bills on your account. You can see the amount that was due in each bill, as well as the amount that was paid for the previous bill. This should shed light on where the £12 came from.

This isn’t customer service! It’s a customer discussion forum with no access to your account. You’ll need (on face value) to pay the amount apparently owed or contact customer service either from another phone on 0333 338 1001 or by using the chat feature.
