As @Anonymous says this is a customer community, so please bear in mind that you're mainly addressing other customers rather than Three here.
I'll do my best to help, as will a number of our contributors, but we don't access customer accounts or make amendments to them based on community posts, and most other responders will be fellow customers who can only advise based on their own experiences.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to make calls, are you getting an error message when you try a call, or are you not picking up a signal? If this is due to a late payment, please ensure you've paid all overdue balance, and you may need to switch the phone off and on again before the service kick in again.
If you can please explain a little more about what happened, I'll happily point you in the right direction, or be able to give you advice.

Are you payg or contract? Did you pay your bill late? With respect,as we’re mostly customers on this forum who try to help each other out you need to be more specific as to your issue.
