I was looking at my three app and noticed something in the basket. I didn’t look carefully and just deleted it, assuming it was an upgrade I had been discussing with support a few weeks ago.
Now I’m wondering if every month the amount I pay is added to the basement automatically, which worries me that I just deleted next months service.
But that seems like crazy functionality, surely it couldn’t work like that. Can support please confirm ?

We understand your concern. Please note that your monthly bill is not automatically added to your basket each month. The basket is where your orders are stored, and it appears that an order, possibly related to your recent upgrade, may still be in your basket awaiting processing.
