Issue is after having the adult content switched off for a while I now want it back on. So I rang up Three to turn it back on, they did then it stopped working shortly and the filter was on but shows as off on my account.
I rang back up and the advisor is blaming the browsers I use "chrome" same issue with samsung broswer though. But it's worked in the past with chrome. Also I tried the browser they suggested and it brought up a page saying my adult filter is on. But my account says off.
Something wrong with three services, I remember this happending before on a old contract. It's like the moment u disturb that switch on the filter it messes it up for future use. So either leave it on or off permanently.
I'll soon cancel both my contracts, it's so frustrating managing your accouts.

Hello.
Oh, that's strange.
I'd recommend trying to change the setting within My3. If you can, toggle the filter on and back off, this should hopefully correct any mismatch on the system.
If My3 doesn't let you change it, I'd recommend asking for the same thing to be done via the support team on the phone, or by Chat.
Pete.

thanks for the advice but I won't be able to toggle it back on as I don't have a credit card to reverify my age. Guess I gotta call advisors again

Hi @ThreeHelpMee,
You should only need to do the card verification the first time. If this has been done once on your account you'll then be able to toggle the adult filter off or on from your account anytime.
Thanks,
Jonathan
