Hi All,
Welcome your advice please!
I'm paying for a contract but don't know the mobile number. I can't call Three to cancel because they ask for the number when you call 333. There's no 'I don't know the number' option. The only information I know is the account being charged/card being used.
How do I speak to Three?

Hello there.
When contacting the team on chat or by calling, you can enter a contact number instead. As the system won't recognise the number, it will ask you to repeat the number 3 times, but after that, it will just let you through to the next stage. Once you're speaking to someone, they will be able to help locate the account.
