Billing after cancellation

I terminated my contract in February 2024 and paid the penalty on May 24th.
So I thought there would be no payments after June.
 
However, on June 24th, 13.81 pounds was paid from my account to Three.
 
my question is as bellow
1. Is my contract still ongoing?
2. How long will my payments continue?

I can't get enough support from Autobot on the web or the APP help page.

They are a nightmare - you think it’s cancelled but later find not fully cancelled ! Been there - had that ! - Ombudsman sorting them out!
