Problems making or receiving calls

Hi - I wonder if anyone can offer me any help or advice! My iPhone 11 has suddenly stopped receiving calls and making calls too. WhatsApp is working. This fault/problem is intermittent but is happening more frequently. I’ve checked obvious things like Do Not Disturb and Blocked numbers, but I’m at a loss. I’d be so grateful if anyone can help.
