I want to call abroad direct from my phone it isn't working, I did increase the spending limit still the same.

If the issue isn't the spend limit, this may relate to some settings which you won't be able to change directly from My3 on our website or the Three App. If you get in touch, and ask the team to check international calls are provisioned on your account, I suspect this will solve the issue for you.
