I want to move my daughter across to three. I’m already a three customer and have been for a long time. I was just going to do a SIM only pay monthly deal for her as she already has a device and I’ve requested her PAC code. I’ve gone online to do it but as I’m logged into my account I’m rather confused and concerned that it’s going to mess my current contract up. Will this show as two separate contracts as two separate numbers if I proceed or do I need to purchase a deal for her through a new account, not my own?

In my case it was not automatic and I was informed at the first payment for the new number that I was late and needed to head to the app... of course I had to contact the chat and still waiting for a resolution while I write this post. 🙂

Hi @marco3,
Sorry to hear this, if an additional line is set up against the same details it usually should be linked to the same account. I hope the team were able to help in the meantime? Let us know if you still need any help or advice with this.
Thanks,
Jonathan

When I took an additional sim it’s was automatically added to my account as both numbers are/were in my name and both show as such on the My Three app.
No reason to suspect it’ll be any different for you. Both sims have different end dates.
Hope this helps,
