Can’t log in to my broadband my3 account

I am trying to log into my3 for my broadband account and nothing I have tried works. I have spoken to live chat multiple times where I’ve been sent reset links, told to put the sim into my phone and try and do it that way and nothing is working. Can anyone advise at all if it’s possible to de-register and then re-register perhaps to get it working?

Be careful of deregeristing as you may have problems reregeristing as the system may consider that your number has been registered before.

Its a nightmare - I have 3x Three SIMS - 1x works okay, my 2nd SIM logs in on the old system ( seems they missed that one on the app update ) & my 3rd SIM wont login - ( in fact, from the App it logs me into my first SIM account - from the Web just puts me into a ‘register’ loop!

what a mess!
