100gig last month and it has all gone now I never ever use 100

Ah, the internet and it's ever increasing demands often sneak up on me also. I eventually switched over to unlimited data because apps on my phone were using more and more data as the quality increased, and the multimedia demands grew. 

If switching to a larger plan isn't something you want to do, then I'd recommend continuing with the 100GB plans, but using the device data usage monitor to alert you when a certain amount of data is reached. This will give you a heads up at a specific level so that you can make sure to make it last. 

Lost of apps have data saving options too, which can stop them from consuming larger amounts of data. It might be worth checking out the settings of your most used apps to see if you can save some data there.
