Hi, I've upgraded my contract on the 13th July. I've received the new handset today. I've now realised that I've made a mistake in upgrading.
Can I return the handset. The box is unopened. Also, would it be possible to to go back onto my old airtime tarrif?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @Dale2011,
No worries at all. You're entitled to do a return within 14 days, even with upgrades. Get in touch here, and the team will be able to reverse the order, and arrange how we get the handset back to us.
You should be able to opt for either an alternative upgrade, or to have everything restored to the previous plan.
