Hi . I have two numbers with three . The number I want to cancel has not been used for a couple of years and want to save money and cancel it but I do not have the sim, do not have a password or login details or paperwork for customer services to cancel it. What can I do as I am paying for something I do not use.

Since it's not being used, it sounds like cancelling it would be the best choice.
There's no need to worry about not having any details for the account, the team are able to search for your account using multiple different methods such as name or postcode.
If you're calling the team, you can use your existing Three number on the automated service, then let the adviser know it's not about that number. You can do the same on chat.
