Hi there,

I'm in my last month with three, and I can't wait to finish with this company.

I request for the PAC code and in my app is telling me that I will need to pay my last month payment (around £16.72 - my monthly contract) + cancellation fees: £8.45 (perfect normal... Possibly), BUT.. when I receive my SMS with the PAC code, they told me that I need to pay £41.86...

 

I don't understand... I went in Sheffield Meadowhall Three branch, and I asked for some details about how I can keep my phone number, but 2 of the workers there, when they heard that I wanted to leave this company, they became very rude and unprofessional. (and at the end, they said they can't give me the PAC vode because they have system issues)...

Could be your final bill is current month + final monthv+ cancellation fee as that seems to add up. There is a maximum time limit to provide a pac code but they won't send if there is money owing. I remember that this has come up before when people complained about delays in getting a pac code. 

As for the behaviour of the shop staff, unacceptable.
