Hi, I try to find out how to cancel paramount + for three months now and have no idea how because it's taken my money from my bills on 3 not from the paramount + website. So, it's harder to cancel.  I use  paramount only 1 times. Since last year.  It's pointless to keep it because I will never use. I did go to a shop (3) ask for help but did not work. They don't want me to cancel paramount + for me. I'm wasting money here. 😑 I really need he'll please 🙏 😢

I deleted it via 'add-ons' on the website, but was charged anyhow this month. Conveniently, customer service chat disconnected twice before we could resolve the issue. The first rep was extremely rude to me. This is absolutely not the way to treat (or retain) customers!

Hello, LG2. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues. It's unclear at what stage you're actually at with the issue as this comment indicates that you got it resolved, but one of the two other comments you made indicate you are still working on it, and the other says you keep getting cut off. 

Can you confirm what's currently happening? Did you get the subscription cancelled?

Hello Suphawan. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues cancelling the subscription. To cancel it, you can log into the Paramount + App, or log online, and then cancel it. Once you've done that, billing for the service will stop and the service will shut down at the end of the period you've been billed for.
