About 6 weeks ago my contact got cancelled (without my consent) and 3 mobile have given my PUK code out. That have allowed someone to use my number to get into my online banking, PayPal etc. I managed to block everything after having a £1000 overdrawn being accepted by them. However I run a business from that number and am really struggling to get it back.
I was first told to open a new contract, so I did but was then told you can’t transfer 3 numbers to another 3 number.
I was then told it was on Vodafone, then EE by another custom support team.
Since then I got another 3 Sim only deal in the promise that I would gave my number back in 3 days. It has now been over a week and I have now been told that they have given me a SIM card without text and data on it?????
I’m thinking of taking legal action, as I say it’s my business phone and I’m losing lots of work, I have business card, vans sign written, add online and in papers all with a number that doesn’t work.
Any suggestions????
