I'm sorry to hear you're planning to cancel a plan with us. If you'd like to provide any feedback, or need help with an issue please let me know and I'll do my best to provide advice or point you to some help if I can.
In terms of cancellation we can't take a request like this directly on the Community, but if you're switching provider, you can find more info on how to cancel by switching here. If you aren't specifically taking out a replacement line with a new provider, you'll need to get in touch with customer services to arrange to cancel.
