Has anyone else had issues trying to cancel? It feels like every time I get to the point where cancellation is about to be approved with an agent, I get cut off. I’ve tried at least five times. I’ve now sent a complaint on their portal and I’ve cancelled my direct debit. They’ve emailed me about that within 24 hours but not acknowledged the complaint. I’ve got the chat scribes saved on my phone showing me trying to cancel. I’m getting REALLY frustrated.
is this tactical??

Hello there.
That's strange, it normally shouldn't take that many tries to get the cancellation done. If you're moving to another network, you can take a PAC or a STAC to move to that network, and you don't have to speak to the team to do that. You can process it on your phone. Find out more about that on our Leaving page.
For the complaint, if you've filled out a form, the team would normally contact you by phone to discuss the complaint once a complaints agent has had a chance to look it over. This usually takes a few working days before you hear back.
