I'm trying to get my PAC code. Have talked to support and they say they cannot give it to me "for technical reasons". When I generate it in my account it's just blank - I need this number ported out - what can I do?

Hello there.
Ah, that sounds really frustrating. It's rare, but sometimes an issue on the account can create problems in generating the PAC. The team may need time to get that resolved as they would likely need to raise the matter with the technical support team to get the problem fixed.
It's not possible to see or confirm from Community, sadly, but if you'd like an update on how long it may take, I'd recommend reaching back out to the support team on chat or by calling, where they should be able to give you an estimate on when the PAC will be ready to generate.
