Cannot login to My3

Hi, I had a 3 pay as you go account and was offered a contract sim so I took the offer but if I wanted to keep my existing number on the pay as you go account I had to Port to another provider and port back to 3 so my number transferred from Vodafone to 3 last week and I can’t login to the app when I enter my number it says ACCOUNT CLOSED. I can’t actually do anything is anyone able to help with this?

You need to register with a new email address.

Unfortunately your picture only shows a yellow triangle at the moment. I believe a moderator has to approve it before it can be viewed. But really speaking your best bet is to contact customer service because they have access to your account;something this forum doesn’t have.
