Cannot progress my PAC form on 3 website

Hi 3 Forum,

Tried to complete the 3 PAC migration form Today but received an error message "We are unable to process your request at this time try later" Can anyone help

I presume you are trying to migrate away from 3 to another network and want a pac code.

"Text to Switch is simple. All you need to do is text PAC to 65075 and you’ll get your code straight away, you don’t even have to make a phone call."    I believe the text is free so it should work even if you have no credit. 

Make sure you have signal to receive a text as you pac code should come back almost right away. pass on the pac code to the network you are migrating to.
