Hi,
After I ported my PAYG number to Pay Monthly, my Three+ access has been removed. I tried registering but get an error that this number cannot be registered.
Please advise.

I was told on chat last night that this is an issue with previous numbers registered that have left and come back have this issue. Told a fix is coming but that doesn't mean much from Three.
Sounds like this is linked to the same fault

Agree.
The Three customer care leaves much to be desired. They can’t solve our issues and keep deferring it through various excuses.
I guess it is what it is.
