Getting an e-mail from 3

I am having to leave 3 because after they shut down 3G my phone couldn't receive their 4G signal.  3 has promised no exit fee from ending my contract (beginning of next month) but I would like to have it in writing in case their computer system still...

My3 app

Have got an iPhone 6s Plus. All updates have been done. My Three app does not open up when I press ‘my account’ to check my bills etc. 15.8.3 is my current IOS installed version. Any help to rectify this issue will be really helpful.
