Go Roam won’t let me make calls or text

Go Roam doesn’t work, have data but can’t call or make and receive texts! Spoken to Three 5 times and still not sorted. I can see 3000 minutes on my plan but show as “expired” how can it be fixed?

Website has lost option to pay from cash credit

After topping up my cash credit balance using a voucher I tried to purchase a £35 unlimited data pack (one-off). Normally there is an option to pay from cash credit but this has disappeared, it only offers choice of credit card or voucher.

Pay as you go credit

Had a  date pack and run out of data topped up £40 and couldn't get another add on pack so my credit ran out in an hour how can this happen and be allowed

Where is this?: Manage services" or "Plan settings" section. Look for the "Adult content" or "Adult filter settings" option and toggle it to "off".
