I am trying to top up online with Three. Every card fails.
I have tried 5 cards I have checked with 3 banks. There is no problem with the cards and I am using them every day on other sites and in stores.
There is no way to delete a saved card on the Three website or in the App.
The online help agent gave me a link - the card failed again. Then they just dropped the chat.|
At this point I am ready to give up on Three. It should not be this difficult.
It is CRAZY that I cannot delete or edit a saved a card.
I see several people having very similar experiences here.
Not sure what to do, except to go to another service. Vodafone perhaps?

Hi @dot,
Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with making a payment, and with updating your cards.
The easiest way to view and remove any saved cards is via the Three App. Go to Account tab - account settings - saved cards. Here you can see the cards that you have saved and choose to remove it. However if you have a recurring payment set up, you will first need to cancel the recurring payment instruction associated with the card, before the card itself can be removed.
