I bought an Apple Watch that came with a SiM only plan I never asked for. I recall clearly saying I did not want anything else when the pushy sales person asked about a sim only plan. When the watch arrived, there was a sim pack I thot was like what they used to do every time a new device is sold; a free sim. I never used it let alone open the pack. Later I found I was being charged for a sim only plan! I contested this and the plan was taken off my account after so many calls and being told I’d be called back in vain. I asked the amounts previously charged for the plan be refunded. But now after 3 escalations, they told me they carried out an investigation and found no fault on their side. So, I’m being charged for early termination of contract! and my phone line has been suspended because I refused to pay for a service I never asked to begin with. Yet all my DDs with them are up to date. I need help!
