I am using a prepaid sim purchased from Amazon japan in Austria. I would like to continue using the product after using it for one month. What should I do?

Hey @ttnakashi, welcome to Three Community 😊

A prepaid SIM is one of our Pay As You Go SIMs, pre-loaded with a bundle of texts, calls and data. Once that bundle runs out, you should be able to top-up with credit or buy another bundle / Data Pack. You can find out how to do that here: How to top-up - Support - Three

You won't be able to buy a Top-up voucher outside of the UK, however, and you will need a UK registered debit or credit card to Top-up over the phone or via My3 / the Three app.

If you're planning to continue using the SIM in Austria, it's also important to have a look at our roaming fair usage policies

I hope this helps, but please let us know if you have any other questions!

You can use Ding to buy a voucher for data packs purchases.
