Data allowance abroad

I purchased a 14 day eu roaming pass for my daughters phone while she in Spain. Does this mean she can use all her normal data allowance or is there a limit? The “3” site is is very vague and going round in circles trying to find an answer?

There is a 12gb fair usage data limit when roaming outside the UK and Ireland.
