Data finished a week early.
I have topped up the usual amount.
Cannot see (on the app) or hear (over the phone) any option to let me buy the same data pack. I'm only seeing options for add-ons. I simply want to restart a new data pack of the same amount.

Hey @Rhysicle,
Data Packs last 1 month. If you run out of data before the end of the 1 month period, you can grab a Data Add-on, which will boost your allowance.
Data Packs don't stack - once your Data Pack has expired, you can buy another, which is why you aren't able to see this option at the moment, as your Data Pack has another week before expiry.
