I set up auto-renew the day my data pack was set to expire. I thought it would automatically activate and I was charged for the transaction. It has not activated and I can't see how to and I cannot call Three because I have no calls available. How do I fix this?

Same here. Auto renew was due to start 1/8/24 and on the 31/7/24 11pm it started using my credit to pay for data usage whist still telling me 25gb of data remained on my pack. If you have a auto renewal set up surely it should use your cash credit for data?!

I have a similar problem and have been without phone service for almost 3 weeks now. Three updated their systems recently and it appears to have messed up the accounts for some people. They keep saying they are working on it, but my allowances still all show as "Expired", despite them having taken my auto-renew payment. No news as to when it might be fixed. I can't even buy another data pack as it says "Sorry, you can only have one Data Pack active on your account at any one time.".
