Does anyone have the same problem buying a data pack after you top up with a voucher have to try multiple times to buy the pack to work

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Data Packs.
How are you accessing your account to convert the credit to an Add On? E.g. is this on the Three App, on our website using a browser, or are you calling 444? What error message do you see, or what happens when this fails?
