Hi albi26. I recommend you leave this SHAM company, 3 straight away. I topped up my phone so I had a balance of £50.07p and 3 failed to auto renew my £35 unlimited data calls and texts add on and 3 then STOLE my £50.07p! They never put my add on on either! After calling them and logging a formal complaint and waiting 10 DAYS for them to phone me back, only to be told they won’t give me anything back! Hence, after being with 3 for 15 years for 2 phones, I have left! I Am So Angry And Very Disappointed, I would advise anyone to leave this SHAM THIEVING COMPANY AND GO WITH A BETTER COMPANY WHO WILL TREAT YOU BETTER AS YOU AND WE ALL DESERVE! x

So in short your pantomime of a posting reads you topped up,for some reason your auto renew failed (we don’t know why) and then you used your cash credit on calls etc. So in reality Three didn't “steal” your money you used it up. What happened to your auto renewal is the main question here but there’s no point in attempting to sort that out as you’ve already flounced off like a ballerina following a failed pirouette.

If I had a fiver for the amount of times I’ve seen questions such as this I’d have free beer for life.(Excuse the cynicism) Question 1; Why have you left your top up fail three times without making a noise about it ? I’d be banging on the door of customer service from day 1 of month 1. Question 2; If you’ve made a noise with customer service what was the outcome? Action to be taken if questions 1 and 2 are irrelevant;start a live chat with customer service.
Failing all the above leave Three.
