Further to my post a couple of hours ago, it has become even worse. My whole credit balance was wiped to zero. It stood at £24 after a manual £5 top up (should be £25 as £1 disappeared for no reason). Then auto top up kicked in twice and my balance currently shows £20 credit (2 x £10).
This is fraudulent in my opinion and 3 owe me the £1 which disappeared overnight plus the £24 they suddenly wiped less than an hour ago.
Nobody answering and no chat available and I’ve now cancelled auto top up.
How can l get resolved please ?
