Do any of yours know why my payment never went through

Do ajy of yours know why my payment never went through it got declined if said sorry your payment couldn't go through due to fraudulent screening when I rang my bank they said it was nothing to do with them they checked everything and then 3 just said if was nothing to do with them aswell can anyone help

They said they have already spoken to 3. How many times have you tried and have you tried on more than one day. I had trouble with Santander one day but things worked the next.
