Hello,
I'm really struggling to get an "insurance usage report" from Three after my phone and sim were stolen abroad. I see there are many other posts about this but what is the best way to get it escalated please? I have provided all the information required just to have my "case closed".
I'm starting to worry this will mean I can't make a claim on my insurance.

Sorry to hear your phone was stolen while you were away. Some people really are awful. I'm glad to hear you do have insurance though.
Normally the insurance company would be looking for confirmation of blacklisting, and proof of usage on the network. Is that what they are asking you to provide in this case?
