Dodgy sales phone call

• Just had a phone call from this number, 02032193038, they asked if I wanted to upgrade, but if I did I would get a phone call from the distributor in the next 24 hours and would need to pay £35 shipping charge.

Yeah this definitely sounds like a scam. We don't call from 0203 numbers. £35 shipping sounds like a really strange amount for phone delivery too so makes me very sceptical as to this even being a 3rd party phone dealer.
