Hello,

My data pack has expired today and I would like to purchase the £10 pack with 40 GB. However, I am unable to proceed due to the following warning message:

“Another action is in progress on your account. You'll need to wait for this to complete before you can try again.”

I have not changed my phone, switched carriers, or changed my phone number.

Please resolve this issue so that this warning message no longer appears, and so that I can purchase a new data pack.

Welcome to the Community, I'm not completely sure I follow, but did you manage to get your data pack renewed yesterday morning?

This is our public forums, so we can't directly make changes on your account like adding packs or add ons from here. We'll be happy to provide advice or point you in the right direction if you're still having any trouble with your account though.
