Hello

I found out by mistake(looking through paperwork)that my contract with Three ended in June 2023. I have an unlimited contract with a phone I paid for.

Since contract ended I kept on paying for the full price.Contacted customer service and they said I have been excluded and they cannot refund me. I still have a rolling contract, want to upgrade but want to sort this out first .Husband exactly same(had exact contract with mine) ,he received his money and upgraded. 

I have been told to contact loyalty/penalty but this may last longer than expected. 

Any suggestions please...Thank you
