Hello. Is anyone aware of any fraudulent activity generated on their account by "THREE" ??? A lady from the sales team kept calling me day after day. I would speak to her for 5 mins mostly to advise her that I'm very busy with some problems with my son. She would repeatedly ask me when She could complete the call as she stated "it was to receive a reduction in price on my bills" she finally caught up with me when I had actual free time to talk with her. She said that as I was such a loyal customer of 13 years that I was going to receive a discount against my 2 SIM only contracts. She advised that my £17 contract would be reduced to £10 & my £10 contract to £6. From the very 1st call until the last call I repeatedly advised her that I would not be changing my "SIM ONLY contracts to contracts with phones which I have never had. I also advised her that I was applying for help with debts I had accumulated since I became ill. That I'm not allowed to apply for "credit" of any kind or I would not receive the help I desperately need. She also advised me that I would be receiving an I-PHONE WATCH. Some days later I received a notification that my credit score had gone down & I also received an email from "THREE" stating. We're sorry to say that your application was unsuccessful, so we can't set you up on Three right now. When I checked in my "THREE ACCT" - they had put 2 HANDSET UPGRADE REQUESTS through totalling £3.000. As far as I'm concerned that is "FRAUD" I have tried several times to get an apology & a letter confirming that I had not requested an upgrade of any kind. There were also several other "SIM CARD" order requests in the previous month's. Has anybody else encountered such a thing ? I also urge people to check their accounts !! Hello. I asked for help ref: FRAUD by "THREE SALES TEAM" I don't know how to use the "Community Forum" I was asked to give "Phone Numbers" The numbers in question are "0333 305 6638" I believe these are the Sales Teams which are all based in India. I also have a lot of Emails. Could anyone please advise me. Many thanks Reemaroo

Sadly it does sound like you have been the victim of a scam, Shari. These calls are very unlikely to have come directly from our team at Three.

Can you please confirm the number that had called you? This will allow us to determine if this was one of our team as we do not have access to account information from this platform.
