Switching adult content off through the Three app doesn't work. You may get a message saying "Settings Saved" but no confirmation SMS ever arrives.
The only way to switch off adult content successfully and receive a confirmation SMS is by logging in via the Three website.
This fault has been ongoing for a number of months.
Any idea when a fix will be rolled out?

After some testing, we've been able to reproduce the issue on our end. It's been highlighted to the right team in the hopes we can get it resolved.

I’ve just tried it and yes you’re correct;no confirmation text. It’s not something I ever fiddle with so doesn’t bother me. Might be worth you checking with customer service though.
