I want to know who else have access to my Three app, because recently somebody got access to my Three app and used this app to cut off my sim card service and order for themselves an e-sim card, also since there were my bank account details in the app, they used my information
I changed my number and password
But i want to check who else has access to my three app

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had to deal with this. If you haven't already please follow the guidance on how to report fraud. This page will take you through advice on the best people to get in touch with like Action Fraud, your bank and how to contact us to open a fraud investigation.

I'm not sure there's any way you'll be able to find out who did this personally, but if you follow the advice on the linked page, you'll be able to raise the issue with fraud specialists in the right organisations to look into this further.

Your sort code isn’t shown in the app so to the best of my knowledge there’s nothing anyone other than yourself could do with it. As regards access to the app that’s decided by you not Three. You can pin/fingerprint/face protect it depending on your device. Have you reported this event to the fraud team at Three?
