Hi Three team,
Yesterday, I rang up Three and requested to transfer my mobile number to my son. Your colleague said that it was not possible. Instead, he said that I can add my son's name in the account. I gave him my son's name, date of birth, address, and email. I checked many time my Three account online. However, I still cannot find my son's name. I rang up to Three again. The other colleague checked and said that the system has no information of my son at all!
I just wonder how your colleague used my son's information? I am not comfortable with this. Please check. Thanks.
