I recently bought the 60GB data plan for £15 and I got charged for it but it doesn’t work at and I also got a message saying I have £0 count balance when I don’t.I’m not sure why this is happening but I am disappointed at Three because I have been trying to contact customer service but nothing seems to be working.I am now trying to dispute the payment and will not be using three anymore!!@Three

It's disappointing to hear that something has gone wrong with the top up or bundle activation.
Can you confirm if the credit or the bundle eventually showed up in the end?
