I am having to leave 3 because after they shut down 3G my phone couldn't receive their 4G signal. 3 has promised no exit fee from ending my contract (beginning of next month) but I would like to have it in writing in case their computer system still demands the money (and takes it). Does anybody have an e-mail for 3 ?

You'll need to buy a phone 4g with VOLTE capability whichever network you choose.
