All I have is the direct debit reference number (reluctant to post here in public) - This is for an old contract that it seems I'm still paying for (even though I don't have the phone or phone number to use to cancel it). I receive no bills for this and no email correspondence so have no other numbers / account numbers to quote - it seems as this is reference number from three it should be possible to look up my contract details from this?
