OH my god! That's nearly two hours of my life I will never get back. Can't get through to 3 on the phone to talk to a human, chat cut me off twice and then I was finally on chat for 1 hour and 40 minutes only to be told I have to set up a new email account for my new contract. I can't use my existing 3 account as my email address was already attached to my old account. So, basically if you were to have 5 phones, you'd need 5 email addresses. I've never heard such stupidity in my life! I only use one email address and don't want to provide a work one but they've told me I'd have to set up a new email address.... took me being put through to three different people to actually tell me this. Absolutely shocking experience! So my 3 app on my new phone number is attached to my old phone number currently! RUBBISH!

I'm not sure on the new Three system you need to have separate email addresses for each line.
I have 2 lines on a single account with Three.
