Hi everyone
Can't get to speak to a human
But a contract is missing on My3 so I can't see bills or when my contract ends
I keep logging in to the account by the handset but it still doesn't show missing contract any ideas what to do before I go to the shop and cancel contract

Hi @Senmum,
If you've had multiple lines since before 2023, they'll have separate My3 accounts by default. You can either manage these by having separate emails for each one, or you can ask customer services to link the accounts together. They can do this as long as your details match as account holder for all accounts being linked.

You can't find when contract ends easily on line; you need to keep copies of your initial sign up
documents, and dates. Contact 3 by calling 333, or use CHAT page.
