I received a phone call from three on Saturday and got “ too good to be true” deal. When I asked then they were genuinely from three, they sent me email from this email address.

anybody has been in my situation ?

I can confirm it's not a legitimate email address, it's likely a scam caller., I'd recommend blocking the number and reporting this to us by texting the word 'CALL' followed by the number to 7726.
