I paid almost £900 without using the service. Can someone help me get a refund?

I'm really sorry to hear that your bill has been so exceptionally high. Can you help us understand the situation a little better? Have you been able to check your billing on My3 to see what you've been charged for?

If we know a little more about what sort of charges you've incurred, we'll be able give further advice, and point you in the right direction.
